The Office of Catholic Schools of the Diocese of Palm Beach is pleased to announce that Mr. Eduardo (Eddie) Flor has been selected to serve as the next Principal of St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic School, in Delray, effective July 1, 2026.
A diverse search committee, including members of the school community as well as educational professionals, was established and trained in the diocesan search process. The committee engaged in careful consideration and review of all applications received and conducted interviews with the top candidates. Ultimately, the committee made a recommendation, which Fr. Denis Gonzalez, Pastor, then confirmed, to select Mr. Flor as the next Principal.
With more than two decades of experience in education, Mr. Flor brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to Catholic education to his new role. He has held several leadership roles in both the Archdiocese of Miami and in our diocese at Msgr. Edward Pace High School, served as Principal of St. Mary's Cathedral School in Miami, and most recently as Assistant to the Principal at St. Jude Catholic School in Boca Raton. He holds a Master of Science in Educational Administration and is bilingual in English and Spanish. “I am deeply honored to join a community that lives its mission so intentionally.
