Lumen Christi Award Recipient - Jimmie Anne Haisley
In April 2018, Jimmie Anne Haisley generously accepted the call to serve as the St. Anastasia Catholic Church and School Stewardship Committee Chairperson. A lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, she is a gifted Development Director, mother of five, grandmother of eight, dedicated wife to Rick Haisley, Director of Healing Hooves Equine Therapy, and a passionate supporter of the “Together: Sharing our Faith and Achieving our Dreams” joint capital campaign at St. Anastasia. As the chair, she has brought warmth and experience to the administrative team, assisted the pastor and principal in unifying the church and school's campus improvements and fundraising efforts, volunteered countless hours and financial support at receptions, meetings, luncheons, prayer services and many other community-building activities. Her tenacity, grace, kindness, and love for Christ's Church have produced amazing fruits throughout the parish as witnessed in the new relationships that have been formed, as well as an influx of new parishioners. In addition, capital improvements include $1.3 million in renovated school bathrooms, hurricane windows, a new church roof, new HVAC systems, a gazebo, and a newly paved parking lot. Jimmie Anne Haisley has been an invaluable member of the parish's administrative team and models her love for service to everyone that has had the pleasure to get to know her.
